Terms and conditions of use

1. Subject

These terms govern the sale of the digital PrestaShop modules offered on this site by Cavallini Luca (VAT IT02438610392, Ravenna, Italy). A purchase grants a usage license for the module, not the transfer of the source code.

2. Usage license

  • The license allows use of the module on a single shop/domain of the customer, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
  • The license is perpetual and includes module updates.
  • Reselling, redistributing or sharing the code with third parties is prohibited.

3. Digital delivery

Modules are digital goods: after payment confirmation they are available for download in the customer account, with the license key sent by email. No shipping costs apply. See the Digital delivery page for details.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euro and are VAT-exclusive: the seller operates under the Italian flat-rate scheme (art. 1, paragraphs 54-89, Law 190/2014) and does not charge VAT, in accordance with applicable law.

5. Payment

Payment is made securely by credit/debit card and PayPal, handled by PrestaShop Checkout (powered by PayPal). Card details are processed directly by the payment provider and never pass through or get stored on our servers. Download access is enabled automatically once payment is confirmed.

6. Right of withdrawal

For digital content supplied with the consumer's express consent and waiver of the right of withdrawal, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once the download has started (Art. 59(o) of the Italian Consumer Code; Dir. 2011/83/EU). By completing the order the customer agrees to the immediate start of supply and to that waiver.

7. Warranty and support

Modules are maintained and updated directly by the developer. Support is provided by email at luca@cavallini.net for installation, configuration and troubleshooting. A live demo is available at psdemo.cavallini.net to evaluate the modules before purchase.

8. Limitation of liability

The seller undertakes to provide working modules and to fix any defects. The customer is responsible for backing up their shop before installation and for verifying compatibility with their PrestaShop version and any third-party customisations. The seller's liability is in any case limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the amount paid for the module.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

This relationship is governed by Italian law. The Court of Ravenna shall have jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection venues.
